Create your account in three steps
- Open the member page. Go to Member Centre.
- Choose how to sign up. Register with your email address and a password, or continue with a supported social account. All we need is your name and email address.
- Start shopping. Your account is ready immediately — browse new arrivals, save your address at checkout, and follow every order from your dashboard.
Earn points as you shop
Members earn points automatically. There is nothing to activate: every reward is credited to your account and recorded in your points history.
- Daily login. Sign in, or simply visit your member centre, once a day to collect a daily points reward.
- Completed orders. Points are added to your account when your order is completed.
- Product reviews. Share your experience after a completed order; points are credited once your review has been approved.
- Inviting friends. Share your personal referral link. When a friend registers through it, points are credited to you.
Points can be applied at checkout against the product value of your order. The current reward amounts and redemption limits are shown in your member centre and at checkout.
Invite friends, earn together
Every member has a personal referral code and link in the Member Centre. Share it with friends who appreciate considered pieces. When they create an account through your link, your referral is recorded automatically and your points are credited — no forms, no follow-up.
You can follow everyone you have invited, and the points each invitation has earned, under Referral Rewards in your member centre.
