① Refund before production starts

② Refund during production
After the customer places an order, the product has already started production and is not yet in the delivery stage, and immediate refunds are not supported. ③ Refund due to subjective reasons after completion of production
If a customer requests a refund due to subjective reasons (including but not limited to not liking the style, color, size, style, or expected non quality issues) after the completion of all product production, an immediate refund is not supported and the refund will be processed after the product has been resold.
④ Refund after receiving the goods
Once the product is shipped and signed for by the customer, we do not accept any form of refund request except for significant defects in the factory process and objective quality issues confirmed by our store. Customers can verify the details of the goods themselves before receiving them, and signing for them assumes that the appearance, craftsmanship, and quality of the goods meet the transaction standards.
